RASPBERRY LEAF TEA
Raspberry leaf natural tea is made by infusing the green leaves of the perennial raspberry plant in boiling water.
Raspberry leaf tea is reported to be high in minerals and antioxidants.
The natural tea has been used by midwives to 'prepare a woman's uterus' for delivery, but the safety of raspberry tea, and all natural herbal teas, remains unproven in pregnancy.
Please do not self medicate or use herbal teas, or raspberry leaf tea
if you are pregnant, nursing, or might become pregnant, without first consulting your health care provider.
Due to the variability of individual species of plants, and the plants' exposure to insecticides and pollution, it is probably not a good idea to make your own natural tea preparations.

Honest Tea Press Releases
Herbal teas, including all the teas discussed in these pages, should not be consumed by persons who are pregnant or nursing, unless approved by your health care provider. Herbal teas may vary in their ingredients and some herbal tea components may interfere with other important medications. For example, there is some concern that green tea ingestion during pregnancy may reduce the absorption of folate, an important nutrient in fetal nervous system development.
